Jam and Chips escaped to Sports, Media Bar of Dorint; jockey for position with QB clutching athletic bag containing cue balls. Amelia gave Chips key words for story: Transport Matrix Red, Copperhead, Lortie, FMC, CAI, Courtenay, torpedoes, coal, colt-fire, boat burner, Minor Major, Lieutenant Ensign, Jemima. Blabbermouth II Clipper: ‘Delegates to Conference de Montreal benefited from Bombardier jets in attack for 'Nouvel Ordre Mondial' , ‘New World Order’. NWO promotors include Rémillard and sidekick Lortie, investor in CAI. Lortie developed ‘Copperhead’ weapons: Smacsonic incendiaries, QRS 11 gyros and Ku antennae used by Matrix Red for ‘Global Guardian’’ Same deal with hollow cast iron “Courtenay torpedoes” in Civil War; bombs filled with explosives, covered with tar and coal dust. Jam and Chips made their way across the flat roof of the first floor of the Dorint Hotel Amsterdam Airport to where a fire escape steel enclosed ladder was positioned near the southwest corner. As Chips went first down the ladder ostensibly to test it for sturdiness he also was given an opportunity to be reminded of the clashing color of the singular item of clothing beneath the lime green shift being worn by Jam. Jam was quite proud of her ability to be get into a shift from 1965 and Chips looked forward to doing so after they made a cameo appearance at the Sports and Media Bar on the ground floor of the hotel. As Jam gained her footing on the dewy grass surrounding the hotel she and Chips made their way, hand in hand, clockwise around the hotel arriving at the circular rotating door leading to reception and just to the left of the miniature car for rent off to the right side of the entryway. As they jockeyed for position in the three chamber rotating door a dripping wet QB joined in the number 3 position, clutching his athletic bag containing cue balls.
"How many in the bag QB" asked Chips as Jam turned to await the men.
"Nine" replied the still soaking QB who had also been a QB at Ramey High School in Aguadilla, PR in school years 66-68 where the Ramey Bombers took the DOD Island Football Championship. Chips would have been a great deep threat as white receiver except for the fact he was in Honolulu, Hawaii attending Punahou School, in advance of Barry Soetero aka Barack Hussein Obama, and to this point in football history there never has been a deep threat who was also a white receiver. Pity.
As the threesome made their way to the elevator side entrance to the Sports and Media Bar QB asked "Please order me a triple Bacardi Cuba Libra and an order of Fish and Chips" as the elevator light went on and he withdrew into the elevator car swiping his wet room key across the magnetic reader that allowed him access to the 4th floor. Chips and Jam went into the lounge and took two stools to the left next to the Heineken and Rose beers pumps.
As a dark haired Dutch lady asked for their order Jam slipped her a recipe card for a Caribbean Queen and suggested "make it a double please" as Chips asked for a triple Bacardi Cuba Libra and a Captain Sherlock Martini. Due to wide coverage of www.captainsherlock.com on www.nujij.nl every bartender in Holland was well aware of how to create a Captain Sherlock, the problem being finding a large enough schooner. As the bartender went to work Chips also pointed at "Fish and Chips" on the menu card and held up his right index finger just as a routine Clipper came through on Jam's pastel-easel Clipper.
"Jam, Sports-Media Bar, non-secure line, go ahead".
"Amelia, Rams Head, secure line, is Chips nearby?"
"Right next to me, do you wish to speak to him?"
"No, we are being eavesdropped on but pass him these seemingly unrelated words to help him through the story: Copperhead, Pierre Lortie, FMC, CAI PEG, Courtenay, torpedoes, coal, colt-fire, boat burner, Minor Major Lieutenant Ensign, Jemima. Chips will understand. By the way, any chance that you and Chips had a debriefing in progress about one hour ago?"
"I will pass along the key words to your brother and regarding any debriefings between the two of us that is something I long for but he is very busy now lining up Operation Dutch TCAS Blocker to try and derail the 'northwest conspiracy' slated for 27 July, 2009, capeche?"

Chips had been listening by a remote ear piece and motioned for Jam to pass over her Clipper pastel-easel whereupon he responded directly to Amelia who was ordering a Double Absolut Killer as 'last call' was announced by Chrissy at the Ram's Head Tavern at 1773 General's Highway in Crownsville, MD where they proudly pour Copperhead Ale.

As Amelia stirred her Absolut Killer and marveled at the stuffed Queen Olives, she wondered who QB had stuffed prior to deep sixing them from the fantail of the canalboat Vincent. She knew that Oliver Wyman was one, but who, pray tell, were the other two?
As Chips sampled his Industrial sized Captain Sherlock he thought back to the BROAD TRIANGULAR HEAD comment realizing that Amelia was identifying the leaders of the A, B, and C components of the continuity of government channels to be tested on 27 July in a 'non-response' National Level Exercise that had intended to compromise Mother Moose effectively taking her off the center stage for any election of 2012. Knowing that Channel A was the official government and that Thunder Thighs would be A, she knew that she, Amelia, was B for the B [ bureaucrat channel ] but she wondered which of the two wicked witches in Chicago would emerge as the Tontine winner of Channel C, C as in Chicago. As he was pondering this mental equation QB came in dressed in Bermuda shorts and a Ramey Bombers football jersey, white on green, with the number 26 on the front and back. As QB took the stool next to Jam, Jam rotated to her left and Chips was again reminded of the color of the day. Two hints was enough.

Chips stood and gave the athletic bag containing the 9 cueballs to QB and excused himself and Jam just as the Fish and Chips arrived. "QB, keep the party going, Jam and I need to get somewhere quiet to have a lengthy call with Amelia, see you in 30 minutes or so". As they exited the door near the elevator Jam handed him a tin of smoked oysters and two gel tabs of Rodney Baldinger NDSU extend-o-peters. As the elevator doors closed and they were alone together Chips realized that 30 minutes was way too short. Jam asked him if he recalled the Tommy James song "I Think We're Alone Now" as the doors opened on the 4th floor and they turned to the left. As they walked out making two left turns Chips noticed a picture of a man holding a Fish on Ice.

"Yes my little daffodil, I remember the song like it was just yesterday. That group also had a song "Do Something To Me" and if I were to offer that song to you posed as a challenge, what musical reply might you offer?"
"Hanky Panky" responded the flushing Jam as they reached Room 439.
"We have a winner" said Chips as he opened the door. The lights were on and Homi and Duke were seated at the foot of the bed watching reruns of Mannix in Dutch.
"Chips, the room is clean, the gas they tried to ice you with was CO, Carbon Monoxide, and Duke and I vacated the gas. We also found this match book just outside the door and you may be intrigued by the hand written notes inside the cover. Duke and I will be in the DHL van outside your window if you need us. Clipper Channel 3. Good night." As Homi and the wolf-shepherd hybrid exited the room through the open window, Homi went first. With Homi in position on the first floor roof, Duke jumped out and three floors later landed in the arms of his master and best friend. Moments later they were in the DHL van watching Mannix reruns on their 9 inch portable TV that they had used as a Man-Dog OTR team in America after leaving their jobs with Customs.
As Chips drew the curtains Jam was drawing some bath water. As Chips turned from the window Jams was hanging her 1965 shift on the clothes hook above her open suitcase. Preparing to hop in the tub, she asked Chips to hit 'continuous play' on her boom box which was now in the candlelit bathroom. As Chips prepared to join her for some fun in the water, Jam asked Chips if he remembered Amber Lara from Ramey High School.

"If his sister Autumn Lara would have been in your class perhaps you'd have a 'Forever Autumn' in your 1965 Recuerdos" murmured Jam as she made it apparent that she'd had enough tubby-time fun and now wanted to be dried off manually. As Chips rose to accommodate her he saw two amber flashes in the mirror and knowing the geometry of the room he determined they could not have come from anyplace other than the top of his Clipper which was placed outside the bathroom on the suitcase rack. Dripping his way over to the clipper, he hurried back for Jam with her bathing suit in his left hand and his own in his right. As they hurriedly dressed and egressed through the open window and down the ladder Chips signaled two greens to Homi in the DHL van just as they heard the knocking at the door through the open window above.
While the door knocker(s) went unanswered, Chips and Jam hurried towards the canal where a dim light from the wheelhouse of the Vincent was the only illumination other than the crack of dawn to the east. As Jam entered the water first Chips turned off the vibrate feature of his Clipper Squirt gun so that any vibration swimming would not be misinterpreted for an electrical shock. Jam arrived at the canal boat first and awaited Chips at a rope dangled over the transom. Chips knew that Spanner would have left himself an easier access so he swam to the darkened side of the vessel and found a second rope, this one a rope ladder. He stabilized it as Jam ascended ahead of him, giving him good viewing of the target area. As he and his suddenly snugger swim trunks climbed the ladder behind her they could hear the subdued sound of a radio in the wheelhouse. As Jam waited with her hand on the helm Chips did a quick search of the cabin, galley, engine room and forward cargo hold. Seeing no indications that anyone other than Spanner was likely to be around he returned to Jam at the helm in the wheelhouse just as his Clipper went off with a message from Blabbermouth II.

As the wet twosome huddled together for warmth Chips dialed Amelia on her Clipper as Jam removed his wet suit in hopes of warming him up. As Jam joined in the costume deletion Amelia answered: "Amelia, afloat, secure."

"Sorry, transmission in error, Chips, afloat, secure, go ahead after answering this single question. Did the Hartford 2/4/64 date refer to John Hartford's set of lyrics made into the classic timepiece by Glen Campbell "Gentle on My Mind"?" As Chips had asked the question Jam had led him below to a stateroom adjacent to the Captain's Quarters where Sonny Spanner hung his captain's hat. As Jam closed and latched to door behind them, Amelia's response was immediate.
"Negative Chips, I was referring to the Colt Arms factory in Connecticut that was the target of an incendiary attack as the Copperheads, aka Peace Democrats, tried to gut America from the inside out with chunks of explosives disguised as chunks of coal. Read your history little brother."
"Amelia, some of us read history, some of us re-write it. If the lame District Court in DC ever allows my 9-11 solving case "McConnell v. ALPA" to see the light of day you can continue reading, and I shall continue writing. In the mean time, I have a pressing engagement that I need to attend to, any last comments regarding Operation Dutch TCAS Blocker?" Chips asked as Jam had positioned for the upper hand.

As Chips replied with the last two words, dill dough, Jam reached into her bag for her secondary Clipper. Chips pushed her hand back down as he responded to Amelia "And what is the significance of 'dill dough', might I ask?".
"JS and CJ of PKI wish to put me in a pickle of a classic sandwich, hence the dill dough. By the way, QB dropped a couple of stiffs from the morgue into the canal. He had them floating just below the surface. They are effective dead-body doubles for you two; suggest you put your clothing in the body bags before you leave the Vincent. Amelia out." Chips felt like racing up topside to look for the submerged bodies but Jam had a better idea. Hearing footsteps on the deck above Chips and Jam hurriedly finished their project and huddled in the darkness, listening.
As Chips and Jam listened quietly they detected the voice of Sonny Spanner and a quieter voice speaking mostly in Russian with an accent that Chips seemed to recognize. The voices and the footsteps ended when the captain's hat was removed from the Captain's Stateroom door as it was closed, and then latched. Recognizing from the sounds what was going on next door in the Captain's Stateroom Chips motioned for Jam to follow him and they quietly left the First Mate's cabin, where they first had mated, and grabbed their swim suits from the wheelhouse. From the starboard gunwales of the Vincent Chips searched the water with a flash light feature of his Clipper Squirt gun. Forward towards the anchor chain he saw two willowy forms in the water just below the surface. He motioned for Jam to follow him down the rope ladder on the opposite side and once they were both in the water they moved forward and around the bow of the ship to the starboard anchor chain. QB had attached the two body double bags to the anchor chain with wire coat hangers. Chips handed Jam his Clipper as he dove below the surface and determined which body double was male and he placed his bathing suit and a room key to Room 439 at the Dorint Hotel Amsterdam Airport in the male sack, not to be confused with male sac. Coming to the surface for breath he took Jam's two piece suit and asked for her room key "It's in the left side of the top of the suit" gushed Jam as the warm canal water was giving her a good idea. Chips disappeared below the surface and this time made one extra stop on his way up....Jam knew that he was reading her mind. As their mission was completed Jam handed the Clipper Squirt gun back to Chips who checked the LED clock, 10 minutes to spare. He led Jam around the dark side of the vessel for a little fun before they had to rendezvous with Homi and Duke who were due by in the DHL gondola boat any minute. Hearing the hum of a small diesel engine Chips and Jam swam to the center of the canal as the DHL vessel with a trailing rope went by at about 3 knots of steerageway. As Chips grabbed the rope with his right hand he held his Clipper above the water with his left and blinked his green light twice. As Jam hung on to his shoulders the rope was winched aboard and stopped as Chips' hand came out of the water as the rope inclined upward. The diesel idled as Homi and Duke appeared at the transom and pointed to a swimmer's platform. Homi laid two white robes on the gunwale and returned to the helmsman position amidships. Duke monitored the wet twosome as they mounted the platform and put on the white robes with Dorint Hotel embroidered on the left breast of each, Jam's being a convex shape while Chips' was less so. As they reached Homi, Homi whistled two shorts to Duke who jumped in the water and loosed the two body bags from the anchor chain.
As Duke climbed up the swimmer's platform and back into the DHL craft he shook off the canal water as Homi took out a wreath-like object and launched it in the direction of the two body bags now breaking the surface in the early morning light. As Homi resumed his duties as Helmsman, Chips and Jam asked about the floating object.
“The RCMP would call it a 'Virtual Floating Matrix' but it was simply a life ring with two images on opposite sides: on the submerged side was this image ....
... and on the top side, an image of the matrix of companies extorted at biannual trips to Northwestern University where the Weatherwoman boss lectures on Torture: Paradigms and Practice and Copperhead lawyers, bankers and bombers learn their deadly trade.”
"Sonny Spanner's contacts at BVD are in the loop and a Dutch Coast Guard vessel will be along shortly to discover the bodies and the Virtual Floating Matrix that puts Northwestern University and Bernadine Dohrn in the center of the sniping scope when it comes to the explosive torture dished out on 9/11 by a bunch of Copperhead Cowards in Chicago....think of it as CCC. The drawbridge is raising now which is our signal that Stone will be in the Limo on the East side of the bridge, step forward on the port side and prepare to go ashore."
As Homi trained the vessel’s search light on the cement foundation at the east side of the drawn bridge he sounded two short blasts on the DHL boat's horn. From the sunrise side of the bridge an unseen 1995 Presidential Limo responded with two shorts and a long as Chips and Jam made their way up the steep bank and slipped into the right middle door just as the bridge was lowered to the 'traffic' position.
As the Limo turned to the right and joined traffic Stone passed a Grolsch widebody back to his dad and motioned towards the center arm rest in the middle seat. Opening the arm rest Chips found a premixed Caribbean Queen and handed it to Jam. As the Limo got in the left lane to make the left turn and go the two blocks to the entry of the Dorint a Coast Guard Boat and three motorcycle policemen were arriving near a pleasure boat that had stopped upon discovering two body bags and a floating matrix on the canal. The first two motorcycles stopped abeam the floating bags and the third motorcycle police officer fell in behind the Limo as it returned to the Dorint. As the Limo pulled up to the entry, the lone policeman approached Stone's driver's window. Stone checked his own eyes in the vanity mirror and seeing they were bloodshot, he popped an Altoids and put on his Dad's blue chrome sunglasses.
"Is there a problem officer" asked Stone in a very contrite tone of voice.
"None whatsoever Stone, but here is a 'crib sheet' for your Dad's simulator project tomorrow morning. The Dutch inspector is a plant but these codes will defeat the plant. Have your Dad email me if he needs more information" as he motioned for Stone to turn the card over. On the back side of the card was written FO Rogier Den Haan, Astana. As Stone reached for a cold frosty, the 3rd motorcycle patrolman joined the other two just as a hearse pulled up to the crowd gathering along the shore of the canal to watch the action.
When Stone looked at the crib sheet he saw that the commas concealed an image of a stag with horns containing a steganographic message from a very worried QH.

As Chips ruminated on this most recent update, Jam slipped Chips a hand written note concerning his priorities going forward from just after 0900 on 2 July, 2009 when he found himself in the lobby of the Dorint Hotel Amsterdam Airport, pressed from every quarter to give due diligence and time to equally meritorious projects involving the national security of the United States of America. As Chips read Jam's scribbled note he looked at her with an admiring glance as she reminded him of the color of the day.
