Chips gets taken to 119th Wing, North Dakota ANG where Blowfish gives him a secure comms link to V2POTUS and he is recalled into active duty with a non-stop ride from Fargo’s Hector International Airport to Kazakhstan without any electronically tracked trips through Customs. Limited supplies of Grolsch wide-bodies means he can’t be too generous in sharing. Years of training in polyphasic sleep patterns; he switches from frontal lobes where he checks out rules for the Global Guardian murder hunt then on to his limbic lobes and OODA loops to get inside the sex, rage and fear raging in the heads of his red-team enemies. A limbic excursion into the dead letter box of cyberspace reveals an urgent message to Moose. Palintel-26 General Dynamics of treason gives Ayers brain of command. He learns that Ayers was a ferocious, violent, revolutionary Marxist, enamored of the murderous heroes on the Left. “We’re revolutionary Communists” and stands accused of conspiring to build a nationwide revolutionary network to bomb and kill. Palintel red light flashes. Obama-Ayers connection links to Lester Crown and General Dynamics Systems Development & Integration Services in Oakton, VA and Valador in Herndon, VA. Valador is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business which worked with Crown, Serco, the U.S. Secret Service and Department of Homeland Security to bypass the presidential chain of command during the 9/11 attack. Valador, Serco and Gurgle Didactics gave Ayers access to presidential military space operations, telemetry, and command, control, and communications – truly the brain of command. Ayers’ agents backdoored Columbia space shuttle accident investigation into the Obomba assassination of Ilan Ramon. Chips asks Moose to consider the preemptive arrest of Crown and Ayers for seditious conspiracy, a request to General David Petraeus to return to Washington to supervise the demolition of 1301 K Street and a nationwide call out of the states’ National Guard to provide security in the remaining days of the election campaign. Landing at Astana, Chips’ Clipper took a TM from a supporter who felt the Europeans want the U.S. economy to collapse and beg for a booby-trapped rescue plan. The ADUC supporter saw the fulfillment of several prophecies. Chips thought of Proverbs 21:31 and II Chronicles 7:14 and felt sorry for corrupt candidates who would soon learn the real meaning of Power. An Immediate from Dancer in Tel Aviv: “Chips, do not leave that jet. Trust me in this, Dancer”. Chips sat, grabbed Grolsch #10 and began biden his time.

After Chips had pulled his 1996 LT1 Fleetwood Limo over and turned on the hazard lights, a pair of North Dakota Highway Patrolmen approached the driver’s door, motioning for him to remain seated, as he often had encouraged his passengers to remain seated during the 29 years he had flown for ‘Blue Skies International Airlines’ prior to ALPA feloniously allowing his company to constructively discharge him on 13 March, 2007.
The older of the two Law Enforcement Officials asked, “Are you the registered owner of this license plate Minnesota RHD 919?”
“Yes officer, I am. Is there a problem with the vehicle or the paperwork?”
“Not at all Colonel, however please follow my trooper and I will ride with you and explain”.
As the younger patrolman returned to his Crown Vic, lights ablaze, Chips followed with his hazard lights on to a place where official vehicles could cross the median and go north on I29. The NDHP Crown Vic went north at 75 mph; the Limo following right behind.
“Corporal Anderson will lead us to the main gate of the 119th Wing, North Dakota ANG. Once inside the Operations building you will be put on a secure line with the sitting VPOTUS and one of the VPOTUS nominees for a continuity of government briefing. The Corporal and I will provide for your personal security and members of the 119th SPF have already ‘swept’ the building and established the Blowfish comms link. It appears from what little we’ve heard that you will be recalled to active duty during this phone call”.
Chips turned off the hazard lights when the HP unit turned off his bar lights and turned left or west into the Main Gate of the North Dakota ANG Base. The Staff Sergeant with the M16 motioned for both cars to pass and saluted as Chips passed the sentry post.
When his passenger joined him in returning the salute, Chips realized his passenger must be a reservist or a retiree, also.
“Which branch were you in?” asked Chips as the two vehicles turned left at the display of F4D 64-0972 with the names Maj McDonald and Capt Triebold on the front and rear canopy rails.
“Marines, 1967-1973, 0311, and then the North Dakota National Guard, Straight Arrows from 1973 to 1993, Bismarck, Valley City and Fargo, how about you, sir?”.
“No sirs in this Limo, just two Marines. USNA, 1967-1971, USMC 1971-1977, North Dakota Air National Guard, Happy Hooligans, 1977-1993. I have also had a secondary assignment from February, 1967 until this very day. This phone call may change that.”

Parking the two vehicles broadside to the curb, Chips and the two Highway Patrolmen when north from the parking lot into the Operations Building, the same building from which Chips had flown F4 Phantoms and F16 Falcons during his flying days prior to retiring early upon the inauguration of WJC as POTUS 42. Chips could sense the secure nature of whatever was about to happen from the SP Humvees deployed just 50 meters north and south of the two entrance/exits to the Operations Building.
Once inside a 25 year old Hooligan asked the threesome to follow him downstairs to a command post whereupon the Highway Patrolmen joined members of 119 SPF in guarding the only exit. The young Hooligan said that the phone would be ringing in about 7 minutes, at 2359, and that if a latrine break, coffee or cold drink was necessary that this would be a good time. Chips looked around and got himself a Styrofoam cup of black coffee. As he and the young intel enlisted waited by a secure phone, Chips’ Clipper Squirt Gun went off at 2353 and he noticed it was Hamish with copies to Fish, Dancer and Amelia.
“Chips, secure, make it brief please.”
“Chips, Hamish, copy 2. I have just sent out a post that is getting lots of hits on the internet and it looks like the Obombas are taking the bait. Drumbeats from the SNIPHers and Mineta Traps indicate Brucey, SWAN-E and the lady from ‘Excellence in Government’ are discovering there is no way out; they will either vacate their positions, join us or both. More importantly it appears that Serco who did the hit on Willie Card in 2002 is terrified that the 40 years of effort will go down the drain if they don’t take over the cybersecurity for POTUS 44 from Brucey and the ‘runny-leaky’ honeyfarm. Watch for a change in ownership as the true colors of 1301 K St. Suite 450 are hoisted and Brucey ‘strikes his colors’. What is going to be interesting is the 3-way wedge between Serco, Gorilla Woman, and Queen Hornet; and my real time Intel is that one of them is about ready to roll on the other 2’ at least according to the miniaturized AQFB27I ‘hotplug’ in one of the Women @ Sidley Austin.”
“Hamish, good work, I understand, gotta go, at 119th CP awaiting a call from my boss at the Naval Observatory. It appears ‘Hockey-Lipstick’ will be on the call, Chips out”.
Chips had just hung up when a red light on a black phone illuminated a phone that didn’t ring. The young enlisted fellow monitored and adjusted several ‘sensors’ then indicated to Chips he should answer.
“Colonel McHogeny, DNIF speaking, you are on a secure receiver?”
“Chips, Jackson Hole, Lipstick is listening. We, she and I, need you to get over to your duty assignment extremely quickly and from there you need to make a public and well advertised departure for Washington on 2 October, a Thursday. The moment you have been prepared for since February, 1967 is at hand and Langley indicates ‘the last act’ will take place on 2 October, give or take 4 days. After 39 years the ‘weather service’ is taking the final step and both my administration and the next need your services. Specifically we need to bring plants out of SERCO, Sidley, AXA, CIDA and Suite 450 simultaneously and there is no, none, zero room for error or there will be morts. Do you have any questions or have I been unclear in this?”
“Negative Jackson, copy Lipstick. I fully appreciate the landscape”.
“At 0015 they will pull the chocks on your ride, God speed and safe journey. You’re on active duty as of 0001, 7 Sept, 2008. Jackson Hole out.”
“Lipstick, out.”
As the young enlisted led Colonel McHogeny back upstairs, Swany and Jason met Chips at the north exit and handed Chips an envelope. Jason took the Limo keys from Chips and Swany assured him that his ‘B4 was on board’. On the ramp Chips could see what appeared to be an RC135 running with #s 3 and 4 turning. A crew cab picked up Chips, Swany and Jason and drove him to the portable stairs. After driving the 500 feet or so Jason promised to keep the Limo ‘indoors’ and Swany said to check the ‘toxic tissue medical box’ next to the B4. A pair of salutes from Swany and Jason, a return from Chips and Chips was up the portable stairs in into the 135 as engines 1 and 2 were fired up. In less than 5 minutes “Raid 08” was airborne flying due north. Chips asked his new host seated across the table from him what an RC was doing with a Raid call sign, Major Bondshoe mentioned that the RC was flying at 11,000 feet and would ‘pop up’ over Grand Forks AFB with the “Raid 08” call sign and fly to a rendezvous with a “Raid 07” which would be in a tanker ARCP 700 miles due north of Winnipeg. He further noted that Raid 08 would continue the true north track until it became true south at 90 degrees north, and asked Chips if he understood. Chips nodded and with his right hand made a motion like a jet flying over the North Pole.
At that point a USAF L/C navigator with command nav wings laid a proposed track message in front of Chips without saying a word. Chips could see that a Raid 06 would be waiting at 75 East, 60 North and that a rendezvous with a pair of Mig 31s was set to occur at approximately 70 degrees north. Studying the track message, he noticed the Styrofoam container marked ‘toxic tissues’; opening the top, he removed a Grolsch frosty and offered one to Major Bondshoe. The good major declined which left more the Chips.
Major Bondshoe asked Chips if he’d like to go ‘upfront’ but Chips declined saying 38 years and 23,000 hours had taken the mystery out of flying, but asked if the crew was from Offutt or Rapid City. Major Bondshoe gave him that ‘How’d you guess?’ look.
With Chips waiting for an indication, Major Bondshoe pointed west, indicating that Ellsworth AFB was the home base. The question he didn’t ask was why an RC instead of a Grand Forks KC. The fact that the RC can ‘receive’ fuel was the obvious reason and it therefore provided a non-stop ride from Fargo’s Hector International Airport to Kazakhstan without any electronically tracked trips through Customs. Chips looked forward to about 12 hours at .84 Mach so he counted the Grolsch wide-bodies and determined he’d be okay, but that he couldn’t be too generous in sharing.
His Clipper Squirt Gun took a TM from Hamish, “Where are you?”
Chips responded, “Airborne, heading north, ETA K-Stan 12 hours, you have the hammer”.
“PALIntel 25, 26 just went to Naval Observatory and the Hockey Rink, capeche?”
“Capeche” was the brief response as Chips reached for Grolsch #2 of 18.
After Major Bondshoe had gone to the cockpit to make a radio-telephone patch, Chips withdrew his Clipper and recalled PALIntel updates to review. He thought how fortuitous it was that his sister had been a trusted insider of the Gore White House in the time frame 1993-2001. Gore was the only VP between 1967 and 2008 for which Chips had not worked. But that didn’t mean Chips wasn’t “inside” thanks to Clipper, PROMIS,
INSLAW and some secret protocols. The easy cracks were in Arkansas, the tough ones in Chicago, but in all cases those who thought they were cybersecure were never as secure as they had thought. Tomoye, Suite 450 and Gurgle Didactics were tight, but not tight enough, certainly not when their A team got tempted to SNIPH around the runny honey farm near the sex club.
Opening Grolsch #3, Chips thought back to February, 1967 and the remorseful admonition of General Hunter H. Harris, IV, USAF “Don’t compromise your integrity”.
To this point, he had not. As he started to dream of Cinnamon Girl and Fonda, he hoped they could keep the Beaver well oiled enroute to Juneau. Fortunately Hamish had made a point of indicating he would be ‘aboard’ at Fort McPherson.
Sleep came easy although after years of napping on schedules, he tended to use the polyphasic slep patterns; first he would fire up his frontal lobes to check out the rules for the Global Guardian murder hunt, then his limbic lobes and OODA loops to observe and orient the emotions of his red-team enemies, including sex, rage and fear.
Chips’ full-frontal sleep triggered a reminder visit to the United States Code.

After working with his frontals, Chips dreamed of the soon to be released PALIntel 25 and thought limbically of Fonda and Shannon. In his mind he explored the depths and evil nature of the plans of the weather weirdoes, both the Weatherwomen and their less-evil, less potent quasi-male counterparts, the Weathermen. He recalled marching in Nixon’s January 1969 parade and harked back in his dream to a briefing by a Navy officer and a Marine officer discussing the probability of disruption from a bisexual army of losers, rapists and gangbangers led by Dohrn and Ayers. The Naval Officer discussed tact, diplomacy and discipline. The Marine discussed lethal force. Chips decided then and there to be a Marine. To this day the “No Parking, Presidential Inauguration” sign hangs in his farm building next to the 1969 Chevy Camaro, delivered from Thorp Chevrolet on West Street, Annapolis on 5-20-1969. Remembering the pulse of the Camaro, he remember Sandi, his limbic girlfriend from 1963 to 1971.
More sleep came easy and his dreams now wandered around one of the countless dead-letter boxes of cyberspace until they stumbled upon an unlaconic de-url-ed missive to a V2POTUS from his doppelganger, Field McConnell, at Hawks CAFE.

He had just finished dreaming of the PALIntel as well as the limbic Sandi when Major Bondshoe came to awake him. The Major offered him black coffee. Chips checked his “toxic tissue” box and found something more suitable. Cracking Grolsch #9 he looked out to the right side of the RC’s fuselage and saw a Kazak MiG-31 in fingertip formation. Out the left side was another, the flight lead it appeared. He knew they we approaching the Siberia-Kazakhstan border perhaps 500 miles east of Perm where a B737 would meet its fate. As the speed brakes came out and the engines went to idle, he saw the MiGs pull up and depart their mission complete. Looking at the mountain to the south he recognized that they were approaching Almaty, Kazakhstan, the historic capital of the region during Soviet rule. It occurred to him that landing at Astana would be just “what they expected us to do” and he also knew the support was better at Almaty. After the RC had extended the landing gear about 6 miles out on straight in final to runway 23, his Clipper took a TM from a supporter somewhere in North America:
“Hamish and Chips: I know you're busy doing great work but below is a column worth reading because it (among very few others) teaches that Europeans want the U.S. economy to collapse so they can replace it, and I think China feels much the same way. To see the U.S. asking its major trading partners (called "lovers" in Bible prophecy) for help with a massive financial rescue plan (see story below) is to see the fulfilment of several prophecies (espy Deut.28:43-44 and Jer.4:30 and Jer. 30:14, probably amongst others). So do Strong and Desmarais et al (the "stranger/s within" of Deut.28:43 ? the "rich men ... full of violence" of Micah 6:12 ?) realize their role in a larger plan? Maybe not. But more importantly, why don't more people realize their role in enabling the rise of the European beast power? The message closed with a reference to the Philadelphia Trumpet which Chips knew to be a magazine and website of the Philadelphia Church of God, based in Oklahoma. Their website also has a good article about the many secret small donations to the Obomba campaign. After reading the message for a third time, Chips felt the landing gear of the RC135 roll onto the runway at Almaty. He realized that the Almighty was readying his forces and his Angels for his triumphant return.

Taxiing towards the Almaty terminal, Chips thought of the insignificant election of 2008, he realized that of any of the people heading towards the White House, perhaps only Moose understood the Biblical significance of the times, the issues, the history and the mandate and, not least, the murder of Israeli astronaut, Ilan Ramon and the thermite device placed by one of Ayers’ agents near the Columbia’s left wing leading edge ...
